Job Title:                   Executive Assistant

Reporting to:           Chief Commercial Officer



The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment and take on a new challenging but rewarding role with the executives of the business, where you can take ownership of the position and make it your own


To be successful you need initiative and people management skills, working with the internal team in the UK and internationally, as well as with business contacts and suppliers where appropriate


The role will support the smooth and efficient running of an executives’ diary, note and minute taking, assisting with administrative tasks and minor IT queries, conducting minor office duties in a serviced office, and a willingness to work under pressure and multi-task





  • Moorwand is an established UK based EMI, headquartered in London
  • We operate a hybrid working policy, expecting two days per week in the office
  • This will be a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office required. We will also consider part time applicants.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Executives and Senior Management with administration, diary management and email
  • Organise and make travel arrangements for Executives and Senior Management.
  • Assemble and distribute agenda, board packs and minute Board meetings, distribute actions to board
    and team members.
  • Minute key internal Executives and Senior Management meetings.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing.
  • Provide administrative support on HR Processes and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support Executives and Senior Management with Cost monitoring and budgeting.
  • Perform office administrative tasks, i.e. general front of house duties such as office supplies and deliveries.
  • Organise social activities and team events.
  • Coordinate activities as per the business needs.
  • Administer and manage new joiner and leaver processes.



Skill and Experience

  • Self-motivation and good work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal ability.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willing to work around the lives of busy Executives and Senior Management.
  • Typing and administrative experience.
  • Strong IT capabilities including MS Office, Google Mail, Google Drive and Microsoft Teams tools.
  • Some HR process knowledge beneficial.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant or senior personal assistant role would be an advantage.
