Enhance Management Information reporting processes, both for regulatory reports and to senior management
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation across the business – assisting teams in the extraction, processing, analysis and visualisation of data reporting
Lead the automation of data reporting
Identify and evaluate external services and tools to support data management across the business
Develop and maintain databases – reorganising and standardising data formatting
Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
Track key performance and risk indicators
Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
Work with various team managers to understand their data requirements and develop efficient output – dashboards, graphs and visualizations.

Essential Requirements:
Fluent English (B2 level and above) is a must
Numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of data analysis tools
Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
A good understanding of data protection issues
Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations
Ability to work with teams across the business, clients and third-party businesses to understand their needs, enhancing the output and efficiency of their reporting.
