Client Relations Manager




Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any conversations and deals raised
  • Handle inquiries and request from customers and address their needs to the teams
  • Meet regularly with other team members and partners to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports, keep necessary information and documentation in order for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Essential Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Financial and/or fintech background would be beneficial.
